It was a nice stay. Food was awesome and facilities were great. It was walking distance to the picnic grove,so that's a plus. We only had an issue with some dusts on the table of our hotel room. But overall, we had a great experience!

割り切って

朝食付きで約６０００円スタンダードルームで予約。１階の暗く狭くて窓も天窓があるだけの部屋でした。モールまでトライシクルで１００ＰＨ。ピクニック何とかは目の前でした。割り切って予約しましょう。朝食のライスの中に何と差し歯が混入していました。誤りの言葉もなし。料理は交換してくれましたが。

It was a great location. We took jeepney after we arrived from Manila via bus and it stopped right in front of Picnic Grove. This hotel is like a stone throw away from the entrance of Picnic Grove. Definitely won't miss it. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating from the start. They gave us a free upgrade to premier room upon seeing us with a baby. Our room was located at 2nd floor (1st is their ground floor). We were facing the pool. The weather in Tagaytay is cooling - something we did not expect and of course the pool water is cold. Baby enjoyed it nonetheless. We did not manage to try the massage. We got offered a nice welcome drink upon arrival. I believe none of the staff/employee was not smiling. The place is not brand new - so, dont expect it to be shining spot free. Some noise from aircond (old aircond) but bearable of course and hot water

Great staff and location

The staff were amazing. Rooms were comfortable and included cable TV. The pool was great and outside lounges great for relaxing in the sun. Location is great right near the park and views. Breakfast was good.

Great stay! I'll be back!

The place was absolutely wonderful. Though it was very hard to find but the reward was it was off the main road just enough, you could not hear any traffic. Clean room, soft comfortable bed , clean sheets, and nice bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was adequate but the service was wonderful checking in and checking out was good. The pictures on hotels.com does not do the hotel justice. Only complaint is that the hotel was hard to find due to lack of signage.

Godt hotel til prisen

Vi tilbragte 3 nætter i et standardværelse og det var OK. Vi havde problemer med varmt vand i bruseren og en sprungen pære på badeværelset og det blev repareret straks vi påtalte det. Vi blev en nat ekstra i et superior værelse og det var mærkbart bedre - her var der modsat det første værelse ingen trafikstøj. Meget afslappende.

it was freat but could be better

the room was dim. it needed better lighting. for a premium room, we expected a good view from our window. we didnt get a good view at all. the best part was the staff and the location. it was right in front of the pinic grove.

Nice hotel With very friendly Staff

Well i visited the city to see couple of spots in Tagaytay. Thought of statying at Tagaytay for a night. Booked the view expedia after reading the review. 1 - clean rooms 2 - friendly Staff 3 - they have a good restraunt which is afordable, so no need to run to other places for food. 4- Me and my wife are vegeterian, so they prepared speacial breakfast for 2 of us without charging extra. 5- infront of picnic Grove and noy very far from Taal lake and volcano. 6 - overall a good place to stay, they provided everything which they offered while booking so no complaints.

AWESOME!

I called to let them know I or we would be checking in very early in the morning. The hotel staff was very accommodating when we came in at nearly 3:00am. We needed extra beds and they were on top of this request. The hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Simply put, AWESOME experience! Thank you very much!

食事は充実していた。スタッフの対応も良かった。自分としてはかなり高額なホテル代（平均の3倍）であったが部屋から眺望が全く部屋は快適でなかった。WiFi も部屋では繋がらなかった。全体としてコスパは良くない。

Convenient and value-for-money hotel

Initially, they gave us a room at the lobby level. We could hear all the noise outside. It was everything I did not ask for when I made the online booking. I asked to be moved and they granted my request. I really appreciated it. Everything else moving forward was smooth sailing. Especially the service. Food is so-so but you can always go out so it's not a major issue. Would definitely come back!

スタッフもとても気持ちよく、レストランもあって、居心地の良いホテルでした。 今回は３０％offの部屋で格安でしたが、１階でした。　部屋もきれいで熱いお湯も出ました、寝るだけなら問題はありませんが、次回は上階の部屋を予約したいです。

I celebrated my birthday at VPH it was my first time to stay in this place and I find the place so homey and very relaxing. The place is so cozy and the ambiance is so refreshing.

Fantastic stay.

Very good customer service. We had a slight problem one morning with the breakfast, however, this can be discarded as the hotel really came through with a no holds barred apology and fresh breakfast provided. We really felt like valued guests. Will deffinatly re-book.

excellent and friendly staff

Upon arrival, about 10 porters brought our suitcases in our rooms. Our rooms are clean and cool, proof that it has been prep for our arrival. Bathrooms are spacious and neat. Breakfast is ready at 7 am and very delicious.
