"My kids and I really loved the hotel here. It was very nice and clean. The room was a bit tight for our spoiled North American standard, but not really an issue to be honest. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best out of all our hotels in Italian trip. They even made pancakes for my kids. They also provide free bicycles rentals. We wasn’t seated, we had to keep catching staff to ask for coffee etc (which we waited 30mins to receive!) it seems there were a lot of lower grade staff replenishing the food etc, but they were not allowed to deal with the customers, they were the most helpful tbh. But had to go ask their superiors each time we had a simple question. It was a shame as everything else was amazing."

It’s a 4 star that would struggle to get a 3 star rating in any other country. Staff on reception were so aloof, least friendly we’d come across. Property has no pool service, all courts are dirty, just not up to its 4/5 star billing. I’m sure the new annex is better but I...
