Staff were friendly & super accommodating, from arrival to departure. Experienced a lovely welcome arrival from the reservation team. The concierge team eased my excursion planning. All the restaurant staff were awesome, from breakfast to fine dining. Even looked forward to my wonderful housekeepers who would leave extra chocolates at turn down service. "Our room had everything we needed and it’s an easy walk to the beach. We rented bikes and also scooters through the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a Polynesian buffet and show the night we checked in which was great. My only complaint was the restaurant wasn’t great, although we did enjoy the breakfast. "
