"From the moment I checked in, everything went wrong:
• The first room had a broken toilet tank, dirty trash bin with toilet paper, and was not clean.
• The second room was given without checking; the bed was broken, towels were used and dirty.
• The third room had an air conditioner that didn’t work properly and the TV remote had no batteries.
On top of that, all rooms were very old, worn out, and had a terrible smell. I had to leave the hotel without staying overnight, yet they still...
"Sadly the standard of bedroom did not live up to the plush reception area, with a shower that leaked heavily flooding the bathroom, poor quality towels, basic beds and bedding, old war robes and simple furnishing.
The food offered catered to the locals with overseas offered no alternatives unless a premium price was paid.
The staff were on the whole excellent and tried very hard to assist but the core business of hosting weddings at the hotel seemed to take preference.
