"We loved our tent, but it was in need of some repairs. There was wood that needed to be nailed/screwed so it was squeaking in the wind all night. We used a towel to wedge and mostly stop the noise. There was also a broken zipper on the main door but we know how tough that can be to fix and it wasnt an inconvenience. We were most impressed with the showers, WCs and laundry. "Our room type was advertised with a balcony, our room just had a window with a wall directly in front with a piece of artificial grass covered in cigarette ends. The room had two single wobbly beds with hard, thin mattresses. The wooden headboards weren’t fixed to the wall, just wobbling about with the beds. The room cooling system did not work, only giving heat on the cool setting. The room was uncomfortably warm and the window couldn’t be opened due to mosquitos at the window. The breakfast was good, after very little sleep."
