"Pet friendly, they even have a water bowl by the elevator. There are other places that are more pet friendly, providing dishes, beds, toys and even poop bags. But, I would definitely stay here again. Clean, modern, great parking and plenty of walks trails to take your dog."

"Really enjoyed this stay. Wish the directions for the fireplace were more clear, as we couldn't start it since there were no instructions for a particular part, and there also was no shampoo, which was a bit of a hassle. Other than that, the stay was great. They had a delicious breakfast that they happened to be doing which as really nice and the bedding was very comfortable. Amenities were great. Will be back for sure. "

"Cute little place, my new favorite. Easy checkin and slept comfy. Not hot water in hand sink, but that's OK. Towels were on the bed, place was ready for us when we arrived! Easy communication too. Thank you!"

"Although the parking structure had a problem with the drive in door entrance, the staff jumped to work and got us in a nice room in no time. Some roof construction going on, but all workers were polite. "

"We were truly blown away at how picturesque this resort truly was when we arrived! The staff was welcoming and friendly, our room was beautiful, and access to the game room and the pool was easy. The activity staff were really kind to our daughter and made our stay even more enjoyable. Though several things were closed due to the off-season, we were still able to find things to eat for breakfast and lunch and in between exploring nearby Tahoe."

"The Ritz Carlton Lake Tahoe is a very impressive property sitting on top of a mountainside in the Northstar resort area about halfway between Truckee and Kings Beach. Service was world class, from the second we arrived until we left all the staff we interacted were very accommodating and were good at anticipating our needs. "Check in and checkout was very easy and quick. 2 different staff members and both were very nice. View across the street to the lake.was amazing. Bed was comfortable. Cabin was so cozy and cute. Definitely recommended! "

"This is the first place we checked in in our trip which includes 4 other hotels. We were surprised to see the place. It was spacious, clean, cozy with cabin cottage style. The place had all we need for a comfortable stay. It is close to the shopping/ dining area. Our room also had a beautiful view of the mountains. We regret not booking another night there. We would like to go back to this property in the future. "
