"I am completely impressed with this property. Smooth check in, huge apartments with the backyard for the pet (pet will have the bed, toys and everything needed), amazing onsen, shower and foot bath, slippers for inside and outside (pj’s of course). Sleeping area included two long size beds, projector. There was a telescope in the living room and kitchen had all amenities you can imagine. Fridge was stocked with free drinks and snacks including wine. Clean, practical, in a beautiful area. I am very thankful for the choice among all hotels in Hakone. "
