Beautiful hotel, clean, we had a room with nice views. There’s family mart on site which is nice for getting some quick food and snacks.

Entire mountain is hotel property with amazing history and large garden and great view of Taipei City, Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Buffet at the hotel is sumptuous and very tasty and the best buffet I have ever encountered.

I would like to stay at this hotel at least once. Perfect for relaxing stay. If sightseeing or shopping are your main activities, it would be better to stay at a more accessible hotel.

The Grand Hotel has a lot to offer. They were very courteous with their services and offer very professional and respectful stay for my elderly parents and I. We stayed five nights and took some time to enjoy Yuan Yuan Club to relax before our long flight home. Wonderful experience.
