The rooms are immaculate, the staff is amazing, the surrounding areas are great - Cheesecake Factory at the mall and the giant Starbucks Reserve down the street. The spa is also wonderful. Will never stay anywhere else in Shanghai!"

Mehrere Ubahnstationen in der Nähe - Personal war überwiegend nett und zuvorkommend - Gym war gut ausgestattet Contra: - manches Personal wirkt nicht so freundlich - Frühstück ist Katastrophe. Brötchen war alt und hart und Auswahl der Gerichte ist sehr gering. Geschmack war auch eher schlecht. Bisher schlechtestes Frühstück im Hotel was ich erlebt habe "

"Great experience. Excellent location, clean, friendly staff. We stayed for a week and had breakfast. Breakfast had buffet and menu included. Quality of food was great but for one week and no change in menu was boring. They said they change the menu every 2 weeks and in my opinion that’s too long for same many. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again if I visit Shanghai again. "
