When I requested to change to a double bed, one staff said there were no more rooms available. Later, another staff said a room change was possible but the price would be doubled. This showed poor communication among the staff. I also asked the counter staff if I could park at parking lot No. 1 and even showed her a photo and the CCTV for confirmation. She agreed, but later another restaurant partner came to our car to scold my family about the parking. This was very upsetting and unprofessional. However, the buffet breakfast was not bad and the breakfast staff were friendly and polite."
