"Wonderful Hospitality Near Hanoi Airport!
We stayed at HAAP Transit Hotel for one night before our flight from Hanoi, and what really made our stay special was the kindness and hospitality of the staff.
From the moment we arrived, the young lady at reception rushed to open the lobby door and help us with our luggage. She spoke English, answered all our questions, and made check-in quick and easy.
Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a short overnight stay.
The next morning, the lovely Vietnamese ladies serving breakfast welcomed us with big smiles and immediately asked what we would like to eat. We ordered tea, coffee, toast, and fried eggs, and they happily prepared everything fresh for us.
After breakfast, the same friendly receptionist drove us to the airport using the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service. The ride took only about seven minutes!
We also walked around the neighborhood in the evening and felt comfortable and safe.
What stood out most was the genuine warmth of the people working here. Their kindness made us feel welcome from beginning to end.
