"This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Shibuya Crossing and station making it very central to any travel area within Tokyo. The hotel was clean, room was large enough for having 2 open suitcases and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My favorite things were that the room had a washer/dryer unit to use for free as well as ReFa hair products for the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back!"

"Convenient location for Shinjuku Station & Airport Express buses (which stop at hotel). Excellent breakfast (but scrambled eggs are like soup). Room (upper-level lady twin - for 2) was tiny and I kept tripping over the threshold and then down again into the tiny prefab bathroom. Deep tub to step into for shower. So much to trip over! One small hard pillow per bed. Dated interior and amenities, though clean, with small window that can’t open. Safe (except for tripping hazards) and convenient but would choose a better hotel (newer, larger room) next time and just get a taxi to the station or AirPort Express stop. Served us well this time but room was claustrophobic and basic, considering the price."

"The hotel and amenities are modern. Our bathroom was really clean but no hooks to hang any towels. Unfortunately the room was very dusty and we found a sandwich bag of old food on the window ledge at the side of the bed. Room is also very small, which granted rooms are small in Japan but there really was very little thought had gone into storage options (which we found other places we stayed had). "

"This hotel was amazing. The staff were so nice and welcoming. The cleanest and nicest hotel I’ve ever been. The executive lounge service was great. This hotel also has the 7 Eleven on the 2nd floor. This hotel in my opinion is a 5 star hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff would go an extra mile to make sure we had good experience. It is located closer to the famous Tokyo crossing street. I highly recommend this hotel."
