"Booked a sea-view room.. got “upgraded” to a family room with no sea-view. So clearly it was overbooked.. we got moved to the apartments which were really nice, some noticeable wear-and-tear but really nice and private. Spa and breakfast were awesome.. all of the staff were incredibly nice. Reception ..."
