"Very nice hotel, just minutes from family who we were visiting, room was very comfortable and house keeper was really nice, breakfast was lovely and freshly made when ordered, table service was good and I liked that rather than buffet style, (never know where those hands have been). "Wanted to stay somewhere with a rural charm, and this did not disappoint! Staff very friendly and helpful. We did the half board which offered great value. Proper pub food, reasonably priced and excellent quality. Same can be said about breakfast. Great location to explore the area and walks nearby. Only slight downside were that the walls were quite thin so you could hear movements from neighbouring rooms. "
