"I came with a large group for a conference and I found my room to have the kind of rustic charm I like. It's not the Ritz but the bed was comfortable, the pillows were fluffy, the room was clean, and it was walkable distance to restaurants, bars, and shops. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant staff was attentive."

"I choose to stay here as the hotel is new (less than a year old). The hotel and room deco were that of grandeur. So is the level of comfort in the plush beddings. However, the only staff was newer than the hotel... Did not know how to operate the safe deposit box in the room. Help didn't come even though I asked help on operating it. Bathroom has no extra hooks for clothing. Generally the room is clean since it is still new. Breakfast is basic and only one choice."
