Bad bad experience

Very very bad experience 1) I didn’t get the room I reserved 2) there were no parking and breakfast, which I expected seeing the offer from Hotel 3) The staff toke my personal language and stuff out of the room, without asking 4) the manager was rude and impolite when I complained. I had made a reservation for 4 days but left after the second day, because they chose to put me in a little room sharing with a complete stranger. I decided to leave and I was very pissed 😤 off. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.

Tutto è bene ciò che finisce bene

Mio malgrado all'arrivo in hotel non ho trovato la stanza cbe avevo prenotato. Inizialmente c'è stato un poco di panico poi io e la mia amica ci siamo accomodate in una stanza con altre due ragazze. Il posto è pulito, ma si trova nel cuore della medina quindi risulta difficile dormire fino a tarda notte

Great location and great service. The gentlemen that were working while I stayed: Mohammed, Hamza, and Younnis (I hope im not misspelling their names too poorly) were fantastic. They were attentive, accommodating, and helpful in every regard.
