"The 4star rating must be a mistake even though we a lot per night to stay at the hotel. 1.We had a neighbour who watched tv at 11pm so loud that we could every word like it was in our room. Went to the reception but there was nobody on duty. Wentbto knock on the neighbour's door without any success.. not a nice experience when you waht to sleep. 2. "Location is spectacular for an overnight to Neuschwanstein castle. Lovely and pristine clean. Dinner was lovely. Overall a wonderful experience. We rented a car for an easy drive to Neuschwanstein from Munich. Free and easy parking. Next to ticket office for castle and horse carriage to top. My huband and I had a lovely day/overnight from Munich. "
