"Property is at the edge of town across from an abandoned former hotel. One can walk into town but perhaps not such a good idea late at night. One has to temper one's expectations. this is a "LODGE" (says it in the name). So, if one is ok with the rustic kind of lodge one finds in resort areas for fishing and hiking then you will think it fine.
