"Overpriced, very noisy traffic, check-in took forever, TV’s didn’t work properly in 2 of our 3 rooms, bathroom door lock broken, bathroom exhaust fan needs attention as does level of cleaning (please vacuum under couch and beds)2 of us were put in wrong rooms and had to be moved and upon checking in was almost charged $100 more than quoted price."

"Spotless room and polite staff, beautiful artwork and gardens. Pool and spa were perfect temperature. My first time here they served a full buffet of hot breakfast foods and fruits however this wasn’t available this time which was slightly disappointing however the breakfast menu was still great."
