"Better than average hotel with a very helpful staff and welcoming feel. Stayed 2 nights. Location was terrible. Very isolated industrial area. Rooms had good storage, soft-close toilets, good A/C, BUT the most slippery shower floor ever (dangerous!). Breakfast was adequate. Pool area was good!"

"The pool hours were not as they had said online and I am a swimmer I was not allowed to go into the pool. They were very stingy with their towels, and none of the staff speaks English, which is shocking for a large chain like that the older staff had no English experience I asked for to exchange my wet towel for a dry towel at the pool and I was literally treated like a criminal. "Lovely hotel with really nice staff and a great rooftop pool and bar. So clean and tidy with great facilities. The room wasn't as small as people seem to be making out, we round it plenty big enough. The air con was also great, not sure why people are complaining about that. Location was in a great neighbourhood close to nice bars and tapas resturants, also close to the Seville football stadium and shopping centre. About a 15 min walk to the centre. "Lovely hotel and staff. Right outside is the tram into the old town which for us was a blessing. Used every day of stay. Pool area was nice and bar outside. Lovely barman very helpful and polite. Food we had one evening was delicious. Front desk staff very welcoming and helpful. Nothing not to like about Occidental. Seville was superb and friendly. Fantastic 5 days here and I look forward to coming back in the future."

"Very well located property in Seville. Close to all shopping and short walk to cathedral and Alcazar. Access to property is around corner from Calle Sierpes so make sure you read all provided access instructions fully. Reception staff were very helpful. Room was very large and great to spread out in.
