I am 100% disabled. I was asked to move rooms three times due to reservation issues. I asked to see the GM the third time, and a new front desk person showed up who hadn't been there 2 weeks yet. I'll give them one more chance. Then I'll find a new place to stay while on Folly. Also...I'm a frequent ...

Clean, convenient, staff friendly, comfortable. Public areas dark and outdated. Nothing lights and paint/carpet couldn’t fix. Room very nice, comfortable, quiet. TV outdated. No streaming, remote so worn couldn’t tell function on buttons. Overall, lower end 3 star at upper end 3 star price.
