staff was not available at reception for most part of the days, quantity and quality of breakfast was reduced dramatically, internet was weak and non-existent for days, but the location was perfect.

I want a refund for the money I paid for the Elite Art hotel. They wouldn’t let me check-in because they said they didn’t have any rooms available for the dates of September 9th to 12th.

朝10時頃にホテルに着いて、荷物を預けたかったが、フロントにスタッフがいないので困った。あとでわかったのだが、フロント前のソファで横になって寝ていた若い男性（最初は不審者かと思った）がホテルスタッフであり、荷物を預かってもらえた。ベルを鳴らしても起きなかったし、ホテルスタッフとしてのサービス、ホスピタリティが完全にNGレベルだと思います。 また、チェックインでは、予約が入っておらず、空き部屋もないことで、エクスペディアの予約内容を提示したが、日本語記載なのでどこまで伝わったかは不明です。その後、ArtグループのArtInnの部屋を手配してもらい、何とか泊まる部屋は確保できて良かったですが、ホテルでのやり取りでは、ずっとドキドキでした。
