The best characteristic is it's location, which is superb. The underground carpark can be very full at times,and no reservations are accepted, which means you may not have a carpark which can be a major issue.

Great location, service and facilities at a reasonable price. Room are very clean but decor a bit dated.

St Ives Apartments
Good size room. Shame no view despite paying extra. Clean. Great location. Basic kitchen facilities but adequate for a city stay. Lighting could be better. Either on or off!

Quest Savoy
The Quest Savoy was perfect for us, being within easy walking distance to the RHH was important. The room was comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay. It was serviced beautifully.
