"This was out first stay at Casa Mere and we were so impressed. The room was very clean, tidy with a very comfortable bed. The pub it is attached to is lovely, so atmospheric and served a great breakfast with a wide choice of food. Staff throughout were very kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel is excellently situated and was fantastic value for money. We would definitely recommend it."

"There was a problem when checking in that could have been resolved if front desk would just give a call to Expedia but instead the man responded in a rude manner, with no intention to help us whatsoever. It was only one person but it ruined the experience. "

"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. All the beds were broken in some way & extremely uncomfortable, no decent nights sleep were had by the 6 of us. 1 room had a burnt out extension lead. Dark coloured futon with...

"A hidden gem. Staff make the difference with their welcoming arrival and food was lovingly prepared catering for vegetarian and pescatarian. The room was super cosy clean and catered for all essentials a cup of tea or coffee is much needed. Everything was lovely thank you to all the staff every one of you are an asset to the hotel and pub. We will visit again. "

"We had a very nice stay. The room was clean and very well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the area fairly quiet. It’s a short walk into town, so very conveniently positioned. The staff were very helpful and responsive, even agreeing to a late check out at short notice which was much appreciated. I would certainly stay here again and I recommend it to others."
