This is honest budget accommodation as advertised. Beach access is across the road. There is a bus stop close which is handy and buses are cheap. Staff are great.

They should probably remove 'wifi' from their list of what they provide. Unreliable at best - zero connection and functionality at worst. Grounds, staff, and place are great for a stay, just bring all of your own data if you need to do any work while you're here. 😊

The cosy little corner was a pleasant surprise.The amenities where well maintained and very clean.The beach is straight a cross the road and the main beach approx 5 mins drive down the road.The swimming pool and hot tub is an excellent addition. We would highly recommend this place to stay and would stay here again..

Nice place with a pool and excellent cooking.

This excellent park was a great experience for us. The pool was a bonus, albeit a little cool at this time of the year. Whilst it was not in the middle of the town, the distance was compensated by the lower price for accommodation. I would certainly stay here again.

Very Clean. Perfect location.

This place was great. Far exceeded our expectations. Price was so good. Across the road from the beach. Super close to the mount. Our cabin and in fact all the facilities were so clean and tidy that it made it lovely travelling with two kids. Had everything you needed. The spa and pool were also a pleasant surprise. Solar heated so the pool was not freezing kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Would defiantly stay again.

Very private, stroll to beach, health physios.

Welcomed by owner himself after being given clear direction on google map of our living studio unit. Very respectful and warm kiwi welcome we instantly felt at home away from home. Gregg then lead us to our beautiful little studio with big parking for our big car and it’s load of us and our kitchen sink hehe Gregg laughed. You don’t need to bring anything except your food and personal things. Yep everything was there except some railing and safety mat in shower for my 80 year old man. Place had community spa swimming pool and showers, cooking and dinning and toilets and laundry that we didn’t use as we were there too short 3 nights only. We felt we need to come for a longer stay. Loved it so much but December to Easter is all they offered. God bless Gregg and Cosey Corner yum. Will come again in summer holiday!!!!!!! Noa and Victor.

We had a fantastic family together at The Cosy Corner & travelling to ASB to watch our other son play basketball. Such wonderful accommodation, handy to the beach & shops and no doubt to many other great stuff but we were there for the Basketball Hoopnation Tournament.
