"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. Although the front desk staff was kind (beware only speaks italian), the rooms are severely outdated (for example no TV in room, fridge and AC both appeared not to be functional), the dining menu is laughable (pre-selection of all meals each day with extremely limited choices and 500ml of water), the facilities are old and in need or renovation, the wifi is inexistant (we could not find any signal for the entire time we were at this property) AND the worst...
