The heated pool being open 24/7 was a real highlight, and the breakfast was genuinely the best we’ve ever had—there are over 50 items to choose from, all high-quality and made to order. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, and every member of staff we encountered was warm and welcoming. My only minor criticism is that the website suggests the i-Fame restaurant has a Michelin star, displaying an image with a star and “2026.” However, after checking the official Michelin website, it appears the restaurant is not currently starred. Aside from this small discrepancy, everything else was excellent, and I would happily recommend this hotel."

"My AC wasn’t working properly which was unfortunate, and my window opened to a neighboring roof access so I felt unsafe keeping it open at night since I was a solo female traveler. Everything else was great I have no other complaints"

"Booked this because it was a Spa Hotel ! They fail to make it clear there is a charge for guests to use the Spa £29 euros for 2 hrs ,and that dogs are welcome ! Was kept awake by crying children and dogs barking ,not a relaxing break at all ! It should all be made clear on websites they use !"
