"We stayed 7 nights here across 3 bookings. This hotel became our hub as we explored Ha Noi and short trips to Sa Pa and Halong Bay. Exceptional staff including Cindy, Bob, Hannah, Jessica, Fish, Dong, Hugo, Anna and so many more staff that went above and beyond to make our stay special. Great location walking distance from Hoan Kiem lake and lots of cafes and restaurants. Incredibly delicious breakfast and the best room service we have had in our travels, both in terms of food quality and customer service quality. Spacious room with quality mattress, strong hot water, good water pressure and air conditioner. Jacuzzi pool on the roof top was set to a good temperature and the roof top bar had nice views of the city. Beautiful reception area and a relaxing spa where my husband I had a healing hot stone massage by Sah. We highly recommend this hotel for international travelers, especially families with young children. The staff were professional and caring problem solvers — 1) getting the wheel of our son’s scooter suitcase fixed that broke during our flight, 2) completing our laundry within 5 hours so we could have clean clothes before our trip in the morning, 3) arranging 3 bags of breakfast and coffee so we could have food for our long bus rides to Sa Pa and Halong Bay, 4) and making recommendations for restaurants and activities to help us enjoy our time in Ha Noi. I truly cannot say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. We hope to visit again soon."
