"We've stayed here before and like it. Upon arrival we found that 2 of 3 elevators in this large hotel weren't working. The elevator to take to pool level was not working. Room HVAC wasn't really cooling well (it was cooler in the hallway ) Staff sent maintenance and it was slightly better overnight. Expedia asked how things were? The next morning got a call from Hotel about HVAC. The second night the AC was working and on high and couldn't be turned down so we froze! We left room about 9 and put placard on door for "room service". Didn't happen. Next day my wife went to desk for towels and ask about room cleaning. He shrugged and said they are understaffed and we should have called them. He was not very professional in his reply/response and said room would be cleaned after we left?! With one elevator, it took 20 minutes to be able to leave because of full elevator. I really hate leaving bad reviews but this hotel has some issues. Maybe we didn't get a good room because of booking third party? Hopefully not. Management needs to review what guests are being told. Broken elevators on first weekend of summer? No recourse for bad experience? If you check, I am one to give great reviews for great experiences."

"There is a damp smell in the room and in the corridor. The bed is not comfortable. The towels are old and very stiff, some of them have holes. All the furniture in the room is quite worn out. Breakfasts weren't great either (the orange juice had a very strange taste, like it was spoiled, so everyone who tried it threw it away)"

"The front desk staffs are lazy and on their phone all the time. They are not helpful at all. I asked for an extra chair for my room and the front desk lady said they could not provide. The front desk lady was on her phone laying on the sofa with the sheet and eating her pizza. I don’t think this is professional. In addition, I do not think the hotel was full when we stayed there. They provided me the room which the window is completely blocked by the sign of the hotel. We stayed in the hotel for 5 days because of work and I feel like staying in the prison."

"This place is basically a motel six. If you have those expectations coming in, you won't be disappointed. The room was OK not super clean. There were some hairs in the shower and definitely needs a little bit of an upgrade. The staff was almost annoyed when we asked for bedding, which should've been included in our room as we were four with a pullout and one bed. The saving grace was definitely the omelette bar. The rest of the breakfast was just OK, but in comparison to the actual hotel, I was surprised they had a woman making omelettes. Definitely a cost of under $100. I paid around 150 which was definitely overpriced for this type of hotel."
