"The staff was great about figuring out getting us moved, when one of the two rooms we were in had a lot of human hair in the sheets of one bed. It was gross! It was hard for the staff to move us based solely on reserving 2 rooms on hotels.com. We reserved 2 rooms for 4 adults, and 2 kids. (parents with 2 adult children and 2 teens) They only had a few rooms available, but the system would not let them move one room to a king size bed that was available because, we had "too many people". They moved us to a smaller 2 bed room, and it worked fine. The rooms are dated, worn furniture (a dresser draw that kept opening) yucky ceilings, etc.
We chose this hotel because it had the highest stars in the area, even though it cost more than anywhere else, but it wasn't a higher quality hotel.
The breakfast was ok, waffles, oatmeal, and fruit. The sausage gravy was watery.
All the staff we interacted with were very nice, and friendly."
