"Overall good stay, comfortable large rooms with microwave and small fridge. At the check in they told me “we don’t service rooms everyday, let us know if you need anything”, but I was there 3 nights and none of the days the room was serviced. I wish they would’ve told me “we won’t serve your room”, I thought it was not very transparent. Other than that, it was fine"

"Great 2bdrm apartment for a work conference. Was a bit smaller than anticipated, but had everything we needed. Staff were trying to be helpful, but a muck up with room availability could have been better handled. Like it here though, convenient and pretty modern, will stay again."

"The hotel is was conveniently located close to all amenities. There is parking nearby (read the instructions before you arrive). The bed and bathroom were comfortable but we were very confused by the incredibly large pillar less than a foot from the bed. I’m sure it was structurally necessary but we found the furniture placement awkward. The layout and number of outlets indicate this room would be ideal for a single occupant."

"I enjoyed the off-kilter design and decor. The quirky nature of the place suited me, it was very refreshing compared to more conventional hotels I have stayed at. Great location in the heart of Wellington's heart - Cuba Street!! Staff were friendly and helpful. I couldn't figure out how to get the heater to work, but it didn't really matter. Also I could not figure out how to download the TVNZ+ app onto the television so I could watch the football. Some instructions would be useful, or if it is not possible for a customer to do this, then TVNZ+ should be a pre-loaded app, if possible."
