"Mould on our ceiling. TV difficult/slow to operate. No opening window in our room-however did get the sorted. Really needs a couple of handles on the sash window to get it to slide up."

"The check in and staff was easy and friendly. The rooms were tidy with all the appliances we needed for the weekend. WRm spa pools x 5 were great and restaurant on site was a bonus with nice food. Will return."
