"Nice friendly staff from the check in desk and restaurant at breakfast. Hospitality team smiled but not very chatty but that might be a language issue. We had an issue with aircon not working but it got sorted out within half hour. Unfortunately there was a big group of people that had booked in for some sort of party somewhere and we had some of them in room next door that were banging and making noise until at least 1am! We were room 106 and they were in 108. Really inconsiderate people and put a bit of a cloud over our stay."
