"No beach view from our block 8, nice big rooms but a little TLC needed throughout. Comfy beds, kitchen had what was needed, breakfast was excellent as were the staff. Regular change of towels & housekeeping. "

"Ocean view suite was beautiful, everything you needed. TV service intermittent ( weather issue?), bath faces you as you enter the room - strange concept. Staff were so kind. Breakfast was exceptional. Hotel entertainment generally was ok, but really disappointed with the "highlight show of the week" - not professionalism you would have expected. Pools were great, yes a little on the cold side, but it is early in the year. Spa facilities we used and enjoyed treatments. "

"We are regulars there. and are back again in April. The hotel is huge, in a quiet, out of town location and can have 500-800 guests at a time. Lots of free parking. It is being refurbished from 6th floor down. Communal chairs and tables are mostly new. The Spa needs massive investment to re-open so don't rely on it being open soon. Food is OK and was slightly better than it was in November but they cant do miracles at the price points they offer. Fish dishes are good. They cater to guests from all over Europe so you may need to find the staff members that can fully understand quickly spoken accented English. (Or French or German or even Spanish as they use a lot of Dutch interns) . For us as we are not big drinkers, HB is better value than AI while the main Spa pools are closed."

"Room was great, spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Very grateful to have left our bike boxes there while we cycled around the islands. Breakfast buffet very good. Spa area in need of refurb, gym decent but needs a clean up. Unfortunately couldn’t get WiFi for 3 days we were there which was very annoying although staff did try to fix it. "
