Misleading to say the least

We reserved a room with a "furnished balcony with beach views". Forget the views, the room did not have a balcony. The photos were misleading to say the least. We we're supposed to have been given 3 beds; we we're only provided 2. The list can go on. The room was far from what we reserved, and was not a place we we're willing to stay. We tried to contact the owner, but he was not willing to do anything and it was clear that he wanted to play games. Horrible experience, do not book a room here.

Very nice 👍.

The location is very convenient, we were in a penthouse, clean, the elevator a little small but you can go up the stairs. Everything was fine but was missing in the black coffee room and white sugar .. I will definitely be back.

The elevator was very dirty. There was a frying pan that had been used with a lot of grease still in it. We stayed in two different rooms on two separate occasions and the 2nd room was much nicer and cleaner.

Reception and wifi good, AC worked. Dirty cup behind bed, stained threadbare bedding for lounge. Dirty cutlery, shower door broken, shower has exposed wires, shower vertical post had to be restored. Have to remove everything from bathroom when having shower including toilet paper. Person sleeping on lounge bitten by insects. ONE MONTH cancellation period. TV only had one channel Only one plate for three people

At first, looking at all the pictures, were expecting to have a wonderful apartment and a wonderful stay. We got there, walking into the room, we all came to one result, this place was disgusting. The photos mis-lead us and got our hopes up. No real structure in the toilet. The toilet is the size of a small wardrobe or a kitchen cupboard. The towels were so dirty to the extent that they were yellow. Bed sheets of the sofa bed were ripped and smelt bad. We stayed in the wreck of this apartment for simply 1 day, and decided to move on to another location. We woke up scratchy, un-comfortable, and in suspicion of bed bugs because of the amount of bites on our bodies. In the toilet, there were ripped up and open wires causing an unsafe environment for my kids to wash ourselves in. The amount of sand just goes for how much they don’t care about cleanliness in this apartment. Unsafe, dirty, and no place for any human to stay in. Overall, this place should be AVOIDED, for the good of your health, safety, and security.

Service et état très mauvais mais bien placé

L'établissement ne trouvait pas notre réservation faite via le site hôtels.com et nous a donner un premier dans une chambre qui ne correspondait pas au prix que j'avais payer( plus petite et sans balcon) je suis donc aller à la réception pour demander une chambre à la valeur du montant que j'avais régler.on nous a enfin donner une chambre qui correspondait au tarif mais l'avant-dernière nuit la réceptionniste a taper à la porte de notre chambre vers 11h pour nous dire que l'on devait changer de chambre. Nous avons donc hériter d'un plus petite chambre. L'état général de l'établissement est pitoyable. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisée et le personnelle très peu souriant et serviable.

Clean, Cute Place with an Amazing Location.

The bad reviews are overstated. The people here were friendly, the place was clean and comfortable, and the location was killer. Waking up every day next to the Tel Aviv beach was amazing. I hope to be back someday!

Nothing. Beach view is deceptive name. Even though I was only one block from the beach, the view was blocked buy other buildings. Shadower had mold, the window was broken. Bathroom sink had a kitchen faucet and improper drain. Wiring was faulty.

Nada que ver con las fotos que presentan, una quedada total , apartamento en un estado deplorable todas las paredes manchadas y sucias al igual que telas de arañas en todas las esquinas mangos de puertas de baños rotos, insonorización nula con otras habitaciones . Lo único es la situación y nada pudo hacerme la amabla recepcionista para cambiarme de habitación porque no había mas disponible

Overall fine with some issues

Fine place overall, a few problems. Our first room was a penthouse with a large porch that had a leaky ceiling and wet couch. They happily switched us to a lower room, but refused to refund us anything, they wouldn’t even give us free parking. Both rooms bathrooms had broken door locks. Both rooms had insufficiently weak door locks on the front doors to feel safe leaving valuables. They were not hotel quality locks but interior door locks. Overall nice stay, you just need to be flexible with hose types of things.

אחלה חדר. בהתחלה חששנו בגלל התגובות, בעיקר חששנו שלא נקבל את החדר שראינו בתמונות. שהגענו גילינו שהחדר ממש כמו בתמונה. הכל חדש ונקי. יש מרפשת עם נוף לים. כל הריהוט חדש וכל המיכשור עובד מצוין. לא היינו צריכים שירות כך שלא יכולנו לבדוק את רמת השירות (מלבד כמה מגבות שהיה חסר והביאו לנו אנשי הניקיון). אני שכרתי את הפנטהאוס, אז לא יכול לדבר על חדרים אחרים שלא ראיתי. הדבר הממש טוב במקום הוא המיקום. זה 3 דקות הליכה מהחוף ו-5 דקות הליכה מהנמל. ממש תענוג כמה טיפים למגיעים: 1. תחנו ברידינג בחינם. זה בדיוק 7 דקות הליכה. בחניונים שבאיזור ניסו להשחיל אותנו באיזה 100 שח ליום 2. זה קראתי מתגובות אחרות, תפעילו את הבוילר שתגיעו 3. שימו לב שאין בלובי נציגות. תקבלו לנייד פרטים איך להכנס ולקבל מפתח. חכו להודעה כזאת. היו כמה שישבו בלובי וחיכו למשיח עד שאמרנו להם ובאמת ראו שקיבלו הודעה בכללי, אחלה חדר. זה לא בית מלון, אבל ביחס למחיר ממש שווה

Pior experiência da minha vida. Traumática

Parecia um bom lugar: quartos estilo flat bem limpos e completos. Mas não existia COMUNICACAO ali. Duas funcionárias para fazer limpeza (que NUNCA fizeram no meu quarto, e cobraram por isso), tomavam conta do hotel sozinhas e a noite chegava um senhor bem querido e prestativo para recepção. Elas não falavam inglês e eram iguais a nada. Passei mal, a ambulância e polícia foram chamadas pq a porta do meu quarto estava emperrada e não abria, uma das moças não só não ajudou em nada, como ficou comendo maçã no mesmo lugar como se nada estivesse acontecendo. Os hóspedes faziam sexo pelo hotel e a maior barulheira de drogas. Fugiram todos. O dono do hotel queria cobrar 500 shekels pq eu estava passando mal e precisava de um tempo. Acabei no hospital e eu desconfio que tinham drogas pesadas e prostituicao naquele estabelecimento que só era encantador no primeiro momento e virou o pior pesadelo da minha vida. O hotel ainda cobrou 2x pelo mesmo dia pro meu pai.

Obefintligt service, ingen vid incheckning/utcheckning. Allt sönder inne på rummet, trasig handtag till lägenhetsdörr som lovades fixas dock blev aldrig gjort. Obekvämma sängar /soffbädd. Ej rena handdukar (trots ev tvättade). Noll fönsterljudisolering, hög trafik dygnet runt. Rekommenderas inte.

À la limite de l'insalubrité

Ce n'est pas normal, j'ai vraiment le sentiment que nous nous sommes fait avoir et franchement nous ne sommes pas les seuls puisque dès le jour de notre arrivée, avant même que nous ayons récupéré la clé nous sommes tombés sur un couple qui tentait de se faire rembourser et qui quittait sa location après une seule nuit. Déjà publicité mensongère puisque l'on croit louer un studio sur les photos plutôt Cosi et antérieurement neuf et bien meuble et équipé.... Au total une vulgaire pièce, ridicule de moins de 10m2 et vraiment dans son jus.... Il devait y avoir une table et 2 chaises comme précisé dans le descriptif, au final une simple étagère tablette de moins de 30cm de profondeur fixée à une cloison avec un seul malheureux tabouret en dessous (tabouret cassé en plus je le précise). La chambre est à moitié délabrée et rafistolée de bric et de broc certainement par un bricoleur du dimanche. Vue la taille de toutes façons il aurait été impossible d'y mettre une table. En guise de studio équipé nous avions effectivement un ridicule frigo table top sur lequel était posé un micro onde et une seule prise pour l'ensemble. Du fait que la plupart des prises ne fonctionnaient pas, nous étions parfois obligé de débrancher le frigo pour pouvoir recharger un téléphone ou le sèche cheveux par exemple.... Si on voulait grignoter dans la chambre, nous devions déplacer la table de nuit qui nous servait de tablette d'appoint et nous assoir sur le lit (pas d'autres solutions). HONTEUX

Though they have parking space but they charge additional 100lbs for parking, its totally nonsense and very very noisy because it located along the load. cant sleep well cause of noisy.
