"This hotel was dirty. The room wasnt swept, our room didnt have carpet and the floors even felt nasty when walking on it. There was dried pee behind the toilet in our bathroom. We had 1 wash cloth and 2 towels when arriving to our room. Then i tried to get more and they brought me 2 towels and that was it for the whole trip. We booked through Expedia and paid ahead for 3 night stay. NOT 1 time did they take our trash, bring new towels, take our old ones ect. The beds were uncomfortable and one had a dip in the middle due to being so worn. The Sofa bed was UNACCEPTABLE/UNSAFE, theres springs poking out of it, no cushion at all, straight springs, I took pictures of it! The tv made an awful static noise. The front desk has a sign out non stop saying they are away from the desk. Breakfast, well there is nothing, and if there is, its a mess, not maintained or refilled, and unsanitary. This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at! Every floor has an ice machine, and EVERYONE is BROKEN! The pool is so packed you cant move, the chlorine is so high it burns your eyes just to sit in the pool room area. Total waste of money and straight disappointment! "
