Very comfortable with our room much larger than most. The cost of breakfast has gone up while the quality has not in the past year. The personnel are excellent.

This hotel is well run and the people are very good. However, it needs some updating as it is getting fairly worn.

Overall OK

Stayed for 3 nights, overall good stay, only ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was mediocre at best, maybe dinner is better? You do get $10 breakfast vouchers with your stay, so that’s cool!! Parking lot is riddled with pot holes so watch out for that, beds and linens need updating

The hotel was very accommodating. We arrived late, but he was expecting us and check in was a breeze. Even though I asked for a different room. The restaurant was busy but we did not have to wait long for our food. Has a pool, indoors, room was clean and had a Kureg

Good service, clean. On site restaurant and lounge offer good food at good prices. Breakfast voucher was an added bonus. Our neighbors were up early and we could hear the water running very clearly. Otherwise a good place to overnight.

Driving North on Hwy 37

double bed instead of a queen or king, the Hotels.com website booking system screwed that up and there were no rooms other than double

Not great value for the money

Check in was friendly. The hot tub was dirty and the wifi did not work. Beds were okay but we expected better value for the price. They give you vouchers for breakfast but they do not cover the full amount of what it costs at the restaurant where the vouchers are valid.

Nice hotel with steak house restaurant on property

We were traveling down the Al-Can and made this a short trip day and arrived around 6 pm. They have a steak house on site, which was tempting, but, we were beat, and ordered pizza. The rooms we had were clean and quiet, average rooms with comfortable beds. We never did find the thermostat for our room, but, it stayed comfortable without it. We had a 20 foot U Haul and another vehicle a truck pulling a 22 foot flatbed. There was not good parking for these rigs and we winged it. Just be mindful that if this hotel is at capacity, larger rigs may not have a spot to park.

Smithers hotel

Great hotel with breakfast vouchers incl. Close to parks & river pathway plus easy 10 min walk to downtown. The mountain views are spectacular. The duvets do need upgrading due to cold spots. A very pleasant stay.
