"The hotel was clean and confy. The customer service was nice and friendly. The phone in the room did not work out so everytime we need to ask customer service, we need to go down. The wifi also not working well. The bathroom soap dispenser was broken in the room that we stay."

"It’s colonial design however a modern garbage bins in the room/ washroom strictly need to be touch less for hygienic reason. Here all bins is traditional design with lids on manual open/ close. i believe hygiene should be uphold over theme design. Restaurant food could be improved on taste and cleanliness. ..."
