The rooms were old, dirty & had bugs....electric outlets were missing cover plates. Walks had patches and looked horrible. Need i go further...??

Shower did not work at all. We did not have time to change rooms. This made for a very miserable 750 mile drive home. We told the office staff and they said they were unable to discount the rate because the booking was made through a third party.
