"The place is super nice! Small, but that was expected. And we loved that there was a kitchenette and a washer in the room, they were extremely useful. Communication through the Expedia chat was fine, but their recommended chat didn’t work for me. Also, check in was a bit bumpy but they solved everything through the Expedia chat. Also, just a heads up: everything in the room is in Japanese only, so be sure to have a translator app. Overall a great experience "

"I picked the two room, four bed option to accommodate three people and it was excellent. So much room! The Nankai train will bring you all the way from the airport but the walk from the station is just a little far especially if you have big bags. Once you're situated you're pretty close to three other train stations that will take you anywhere you want to go.
