"This was an absolutely horrendous experience. The receptionist was extremely rude to us when we arrived at the hotel (in the middle of nowhere) early evening, and refused to give us our room despite having already fully paid. The room itself was basic and unclean. We would never recommend this place to anyone."

"Hard to be critical as the Hotel is 'under new Management' as of November 2018 and understandably there will be some teething problems. The potential for the place is massive. A lovely building with a (potentially) very nice garden, river view, games room/lounge/bar area, and a location on the outskirts of the centre of town allowing easy access to the sights. "Hotellet var en besvikelse, levde inte upp till bilderna eller betyget. Det var slitet och i behov av renovering. Planlösning konstig, poolen ofräsch. Inget fanns på gångavstånd, så bo hellre nere i stan. Enda postiva var trevlig personal och fin utsikt från allmänna utrymmen (men ingen från rummet)"
