"Amazing river views. Very nice and new rooms. Enjoyed the complimentary snacks and ‘hotel guests only’ pool and bar. Easy self parking. Lots of restaurants on site and an easy stroll to QOAC across the river. "

"Lovely lobby and great location. Super helpful reception staff. Every time we spoke to them they could not have been any more helpful. Bar staff however so rude! Absolutely appalling service. We were given two free drinks vouchers and he seemed grumpy we wanted to redeem them. Only 1 house white wine, no cider or anything. Very very rude service instead of just explaining it nicely. Breakfast was great. We all loved the choices and my GF needs were meet easily. Our room had issues. Toilet kept running, shower was a nightmare. 10 minutes to try and get it to run properly in the end we had fluctuating temps from boiling hot to freezing cold. All four of us jumped in the shower one after the other and we did not want to fight with the controls anymore. Sink in the bathroom dripped all night. We could not get it to turn off fully. Looked pretty but needed some work. We only stayed one night so did not complain but if we were staying longer we would have been disappointed."

"Overall visit was good. Breakfast was great and enjoyed the bar - staff very friendly, calm vibe. Room was lovely but bathroom was not the cleanest - some hair left in bath and skim of soap on the bathroom floor made it slippery even when not wet. Arrived as linen truck was loading/unloading and resulting in blocking of driveway so getting in and unloading luggage was a minor hassle. Comfy bed, good amenities and breakfast staff helpful and friendly."

"The room was terrible. No bath towels provided, had to go to reception to get some. Something crawled over us in the night, turned the light on to find cockroaches crawling over the floor. Long black hair through the linen, even the extra blanket had cigarette burns.. a years worth of dust under the bed, no shampoo or conditioner provided. Spider cobwebs in the bathroom, the balcony was covered in moss and was slippery (unusable). We were only there for one night, stop over from our honeymoon before our next flight home. Did not get any sleep at all. We provided feedback to the staff in the morning and left. Will not be coming back !"

"All of the staff were really friendly that I spoke to & they also checked in throughout my stay to see if there was anything else I needed. The hotel is centrally located in the CBD and was easy to get to. Inside the room felt spacious, it was clean & the fridge had room to put things in. The pool area had lots of space to relax & was well maintained. "
