No pude conocerla ya que al llegar me dijeron que no estaban seguros de la reservación entonces habían dado la habitación a alguien más. No me dejaron sin habitación, nos llevaron a otro “hotel” con los servicios indispensables, la persona responsable del lugar entregó la llave y continuó con su vida personal. Si se hubiera requerido algo no había nadie a quien recurrir. Yo supongo que si uno no llega al check in se realiza el cobro a la tarjeta que se deja en garantía. Un día antes informé a qué hora posiblemente llegaría y el motivo. No respetaron mi reserva y por eso no le doy buena calificación.

Foi tudo perfeito, a entrada 5 das piramides fica a 1km. restaurantes atras do campo. La Gruta Restaurante bem proximo tambem. Tony foi bem solicito. tudo bem arrumaro e organizado.

Please, just make sure that showers have enough pressure. La regadera, requiere mantenimiento, seguro sarro acumulado por el agua. Y el techo, un par de telarañas por ahí. Fuera de eso, todo muy bien para pasar la noche.

You can see the Pyramids from the hotel. They were not able to accept credit card payment so we had to pay cash. A great place very safe.

Bonito y agradable hotel terrible experiencia

El hotel está muy bonito, el personal es agradable, y está bien ubicado, cuentan con estacionamiento propio pero al final mi estancia fue terrible, me hospedé una sola noche (sábado) pero esa noche parecía más que hotel motel de paso , en una habitación varios tipos ingiriendo bebidas alcoholicas y viendo la pelea del canelo, en la parte alta varias tipas ingiriendo bebidas alcholicas, escuchando música a todo volumen y con gritos y risas molestas, no dejaban dormir, yo no vi nunca que el personal pusiera orden o les llamara la atención en fin una noche terrible sin poder dormir !!
