"Unimpressed. The room was tiny. Couldn’t adjust the a/c and it was FREEZING. The pool was practically abandoned and gets very little sunlight. The entire hotel is just sooo dark and dim. Food at the restaurant was good, as was the service. But I wish I had stayed elsewhere "

"The hotel was nice based on cost and location. My one complaint is the cost of laundry and no option to do it yourself and that the pool and hot tub were closed for annual maintenance which was not noted on their website or our reservation. One of the main reasons I chose the hotel was for the rooftop pool! "

"The hotel is very conveniently located and safe - it was just around the block from the artisan market, tacqueria orinoco and a couple nice breakfast spots which I walked to daily. It was also close to a club I went to when Yellowclaw played. It is also close to the Angel of Independence so the transportation for the hot air balloon tour was able to pick me up. The staff is very polite and I want to mention Isaac who helped me with my bags when I first got there. I would say that the walls are very thin and you can hear even when the water is running in the other room lol but it didn’t bother me much. My room was by the street side and it can get loud at night so if this bothers you, probably request a room on the quieter side. Overall I would stay here again!"
