The town is too poor the hotels needs more access no uber service the weather is too hot i won’t recommend this place

The only reason why I’m giving the Marina Palace a 2 star rating is because Daniela is amazing. She was the front desk staff, waitress, room service, etc. This place is run like a bed & breakfast (not a hotel); however, the property condition is deplorable in every possible way so the rating is truly below 0 as it shouldn’t be in operations. Cleanliness: Everything was dirty! The lobby smells like grease/oil because the restaurant kitchen is in the lobby and has “an open concept.” The restaurant, washrooms, rooms and all common areas were disgusting.The bed sheets had lipstick stains plus other stains which I didn’t even want to try and figure out what they were of. The curtains were old and dirty. The bath towels were ripped off with holes (convenient for hanging them on the hooks… I know! It seems funny, but completely unacceptable for a “hotel.” The entire place is dusty and the common areas smell like grease. Property condition: Completely run down! It should not even be in operation since so many things are broken (restaurant chairs, power outlets, tennis court, tennis net, etc.). There were even a couple of wires to hang clothes to dry on the tennis court! What kind of “hotel” does that? Plus the rooms don’t even have hair dryers. I went to the area for a wedding so not having a hair dryer was a Big deal to me! Food: It was ok when the cook was onsite. Otherwise , the selection was very limited. It almost seemed like a joke this place! Major renovations are required!

El peor hotel , está horrible y caro para lo q es

Todo horrible. El hotel está viejísimo, muy sucio, no tienen personal para atender . Hay dos chicas muy mal encaradas , que hacen como que no te escuchan , que son las únicas que hay en el hotel. Ellas atienden la recepción, el área de la alberca , hacen los cuartos , abren el portón. No hay toallas para el área de la alberca , y las que nos consiguieron estaban todas rotas y sucias. No habia luz en uno de los cuartos, el aire aconcidionado de un cuarto no echaba nada de aire, en el otro cuarto había jn ventilador , no había agua caliente . No había bote de basura , las sábanas rotas y sucias . Las camas y almohadas horrendas. La regadera toda manchada y sucia. El baño tapado .

el hotel tiene una buena vista al lago pero no merece llamarse Palace y tampoco esa tarifa. El hotel tiene una arquitectura origianla pero las instalaciones son muy viejas y abandonadas. Las toalas estabas sucias y las parades descascaradas. EL personal simpactico pero no instalan sombrillas en la aera de piscina. Estan estaban abandonadas abajo de las escaleras. Fue quisas en el pasado un hotel bonito pero su esplendor ya paso. La musica de al lado hasta las 3 de la manana.

La comida es muy buena y el servicio excelente. Al hotel le hace falta mantenimiento, las habitaciones son viejas, los colchones incómodos, las cortinas de muy baja calidad, los muebles están en mal estado.
