Os ar condicionados precisam de manutenção regular urgente , limpeza técnica e também de gás ! Mudei de quarto e não adiantou ! E olha eu não sou do Sul nem do Sudeste não , sou daqui de Teresina mesmo, tive que passar uma noite no hotel, até de quarto mudei e não adiantou ! Na minha casa sempre quando não estão gelando contratamos a limpeza técnica e as vezes até colocam gás ! Só ventila , vou resfriar somente de madrugada! Espero que observem isso

Não vá ao Porto Fino!! Recomendo Porto Fino Prime

O hotel está bem localizado, o problema grave do hotel Porto Fino estava na recepção. Uma recepcionista do horário noite, me recebeu de forma rude, áspera, totalmente sem educação e sem justificativa alguma. No outro dia,pela manhã eu solicitei uma fotocópia simples juntona recepção e tive de pagar a taxa de R$ 2,00 (dois reais) pelo serviço. Quanta indelicadeza!! Realmente um descaso com o hóspede. Felizmente na outra unidade, Porto Fino Prime, o o atendimento é muito diferente e bem melhor! Recepcionistas são educadas e merecem elogios!

Hotel novo e agradável

O hotel é novo e tem uma boa estrutura. O quarto é pequeno mas confortável.Gostei do café da manhã por que podia solicitar tapioca, além de cuzcuz, frutas, ovo mexido e dois tipos de sucos. O banheiro também é bem pequeno mas é tudo novinho, inclusive secador. Outro ponto importante, super silencioso. A rua não tem barulho algum e fica próximo a um supermercado.

Muito simples

O hotel é extremamente simples, sem elevador, chuveiro é elétrico, café da manhã super simples e quarto bem pequeno. Nos colocaram primeiro em um quarto que não funcionava o ar, não tinha nem janela no ambiente, apenas no banheiro. Após reclarmamos, nos colocaram em outro quarto onde o banheiro não tinha janela... O frigobar não é abastecido e estacionamento é na rua. A localização e limpeza são boas. Esperava mais do hotel

ótima relação custo/benefício

Estadia ótima, entretanto uma ressalva negativa ao meu ver. Na saída, as 3h,00 da manhã, a recepção não dispõe de "funcionário segurança" e portanto a porta é fechada e trancada. No entanto a recepcionista abre a porta para uma pessoa que chegou de carro e sem qualquer reserva. achei temerário a ação, no entanto a mesma justificou que tinha circuito de tv, etc. no que discordo. mas pelo que conheço .e vivencio em viagens é muito perigoso.

Hotel simples mas bem arrumado, quarto pequeno mas completo: Frigobar, ar condicionado, cofre, tv a cabo, cama confortável. Poucas mesas na área de café da manhã, eventualmente os hóspedes precisam dividir.

Hotel Teresina

O hotel é pequeno, porém muito confortável. Não possui elevador mas só possui um andar então sem problema. O café da manhã é muito bom, o local do café é bem decorado. O ar-condicionado do hall e da sala do café são muito bons.
