"O Hotel e as instalações são incríveis. Porem demos o azar de a alimentação não ser no formato "buffet" como eles oferecem. Segundo a equipe era por conta da quantidade de hóspedes, ou seja, buffet somente a partir de 15 quartos ocupados.
Com o formato a la carte não deu muito certo. A equipe pedia para fazer o pedido com antecedência para adiantar, mas não dava muito certo. Pedidos trocados, atrasos...
Porém a equipe super solicita, simpática, tentando minimizar ao máximo a situação.

"The grounds are beautiful and the restaurant staff really nice. The rooms need real upgrade. Lots do do for the kids and simple but good food. The communication with reception is difficult especially if you have to resolve reservation issues with Expedia "
