"Our room faced a busy road, so it was quite noisy. There was no air conditioning, which made the room very hot. In addition, the window blinds didn't provide full blackout coverage, so the room became bright early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep. The Wi-Fi connection was also very poor and frequently dropped out."

"We had the pleasure of staying at Altstadthotel Weisses Kreuz for one night, and it was a fantastic experience from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, making us feel at home straight away. Check-in was quick and effortless, and the complimentary welcome drink was a lovely touch that really set the tone for our stay. Although we were only passing through and stayed for one night, we were genuinely impressed by the hotel’s hospitality and charming atmosphere. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in looking after their guests. We will definitely be back, and next time we’ll be staying much longer.
