"From the moment we arrived Roberta made us so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and after the welcome drink we were shown our amazing room with views on every side. We were looking directly at Vesuvius and the city from one window and the beautiful hills behind. The photos of this hotel do not do it justice and if you were thinking of planning a wedding venue in Italy this would be the place to do it. "Good location, close to metro and ferries and some “sights” within walking distance. Rooms clean and adequate if slightly short of storage facilities and power sockets. Clean towels and linen every day an unnecessary luxury?! Staff extremely friendly, approachable and helpful. A pity more was not made of the bar/restaurant. it was not patio weather when we visited but at other times that would be a nice feature"
