Need more frequent shuttle service to and from the town. Front desk staff need to consistent about information provided to guests. Breakfast was plentiful but boring. Considering this is a French island, the dinner was extremely disappointing. Either a new chef should be hired or they just need to overhaul the menu.

Beautiful but useless, stressful, and frustrating.

Gorgeous, and tranquil setting! The best part of the hotel. However the restaurant is mediocre, overpriced, slow service and bland food for such a fabulous setting. Also, the so-called “free shuttles” are so infrequent that they are almost useless. There are only a handful that head into town and they end at 4:45pm. You have to make reservations for them, and even if you do, a number of people will still take your place. After dinner ends, you have zero food and snack options and the shuttle does not operate in evening though you could try to pay extra for one. Most of the information I received from the staff was completely unreliable. We really felt like we were on our own in figuring everything out although it’s beautiful, we would not stay there again, most likely, and would not recommend it.

L’emplacement, la belle plage, le calme et la piscine sont les atouts positifs, pour la restauration c’est moins le cas, manque de professionnalisme, clairement il n’ont pas envie de faire des efforts pour satisfaire leurs clients. Si on arrive pour dîner à 20h on se prend des réflexions, idem pour le midi à 12h 45. Pour le petit déjeuner, c’est juste correct. L’état du bâtiment où sont les chambres ressemble plutôt à un Ehpad qu’à un hôtel, aucun chic et les boiseries sont toutes gondolées, les lits pour bébé traînent dans le couloir… Je répète, les points positifs ne sont que l’emplacement, la vue, la plage, il faut faire abstraction du reste ( alors que le prix est à plus de. 220€ la nuit)

Bon rapport qualite prix. Petit hotel avec piscine et plage situé au calme en bout de l’ile mais avec bus navette. Le top est de louer une voiturette qui permet de se déplacer dans l’ile librement. Deco des chambres a revoir mais propre.

Très agréable séjour. L’hôtel est admirablement bien située, les pieds dans l’eau, la vue spectaculaire depuis partout. Bon confort des chambres, très belle piscine, bon petit déjeuner, agréable accueil et navette pour rejoindre le bourg. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.
